Firebird phoenix emblemFOUNDED ON OVER 31 YEARS IN THE TRADE
The foundation behind Firebird

Experienced leadership.
Thoughtful service.

Firebird was founded by Shea, a plumber with over 31 years in the trade. That experience shapes the company’s approach to water heaters and water treatment: clear recommendations, careful work, and respect for the customer’s home.

Shea also owns a plumbing business in Washington and previously owned one in Minnesota. His background combines hands-on plumbing experience with the day-to-day responsibility of running a service business.

His licensing background spans Minnesota, Washington, and Arizona, including a Minnesota master plumbing license and Washington commercial plumber and plumbing contractor licenses.

Firebird brings that foundation to Arizona with a focused range of services and a consistent approach to customer care. From the first conversation through installation and follow-up, the goal is straightforward: help customers understand their options and feel confident about the work.

As the company grows, those principles will guide how Firebird trains its team and serves each household.

Firebird Water Heaters LLC is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. License number: AZ ROC #368069.
