Start with your current capacity and whether it has met your needs. Tell us about overlapping showers, laundry, and other hot-water use. Keeping the same tank size may make sense, but a replacement is also a chance to review demand before selecting the next unit.

Gas and electric installations have different requirements

Share the existing heater’s fuel type and model when you call. Available space, connections, and access matter, and gas equipment also requires review of its fuel and venting setup. A change in fuel type or equipment design needs its own assessment rather than a like-for-like price assumption.
