Effective September 18, 2026. This policy describes how Firebird Waterheaters LLC, doing business as Firebird Water Heaters, uses information received through this website, service requests and customer text messages.
Information we collect and use
When you request service, we receive the contact and service information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, service address, appointment choice and description of the work. We use it to respond, arrange and provide service, prepare estimates and invoices, maintain service records and communicate about your requests.
Online scheduling
Kiwi Service Professional provides our booking and service-management system. Information entered in the scheduler is received by Kiwi for Firebird to manage your request. The optional text-message checkbox records your choice separately from booking. You can request service without agreeing to texts.
Callback requests
Our callback form uses Formspree to receive your name, phone number, optional email, city, service selection and message, and to deliver the request to our team. Formspree stores submissions so we can respond. A callback request alone does not enroll you in ongoing text updates.
Text messages and your privacy
If you choose to receive texts, Firebird uses your mobile number, consent record and messages to provide appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival updates, service-related customer support, and estimate or invoice information. This service-message program does not send promotional offers.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose messaging information only to service providers involved in operating and delivering this messaging program, including Kiwi, our messaging provider and mobile carriers, as needed to provide the service. Consent is not transferred for another business to market to you.

Website operation and assistant
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver pages and maintain security. The website assistant currently provides saved service information. If the AI assistant is enabled, your messages and recent conversation are sent through Cloudflare to Anthropic to generate answers. The assistant does not book service or submit a request, and chat history is not retained in your browser after reloading. Confirm prices and appointments with Firebird. Do not enter payment-card details or sensitive personal information in chat or free-text forms.
Service providers, retention and choices
We use providers to host the website, receive requests, manage service records and deliver communications. They receive the information needed for those functions. We retain information as needed to manage your service, maintain business records, honor communication preferences and meet applicable requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained. We may disclose records when required by law. We use safeguards appropriate to our systems, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
