Effective September 18, 2026. These terms cover use of the Firebird Water Heaters website and our service text-message program, operated by Firebird Waterheaters LLC.
Service requests and website information
Our website describes water-heater and water-treatment services. Published starting prices are not a final quote for every home. We confirm the work, equipment and final price before work begins. Any job-specific estimate, service agreement or warranty is provided separately.
Online appointments at least 12 hours ahead are automatically confirmed when the scheduler accepts them. Requests 4–12 hours ahead require Firebird confirmation; online bookings less than 4 hours ahead are unavailable. Use the confirmation you receive to check your appointment details, or call us for assistance.
Firebird Water Heaters Text Messaging Terms
By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox in our booking form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Firebird Water Heaters at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, customer support about requested work, and estimate or invoice information. Messages may be sent using automated systems. This program does not include promotional marketing texts.
Your choice and message frequency
Text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or booking an appointment. You must provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Message frequency varies according to your appointment and service activity. Firebird does not charge a separate subscription fee for these texts; message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply.
Stop texts or get help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out, after which this program will stop sending texts unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, call (480) 914-7228, or email info@firebirdwaterheaters.com. Tell us if you change or give up your mobile number.
Delivery and privacy
Text delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this text program for emergencies. For immediate danger, contact emergency services. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive personal information by text.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party or affiliate marketing. Messaging service providers receive only the information needed to operate and deliver the program.
Changes and contact
